Litescribe is operated by LiteVerseHoldings, LLC, registered in Oklahoma, United States ("Litescribe", "we", "our", or "us"). This Policy explains how we handle information in connection with https://litescribe.io/, its APIs, inscription services, marketplace, Rune minting and etching, and official wallet features that link to this Policy (the "Services").

Our Terms of Service govern use of the Services. This Policy describes our practices; it does not replace any separate consent required by applicable law. Information you send to our support team is covered by this Policy. Independent wallets, marketplaces, community platforms, and other third-party services have their own privacy policies.

Information We Collect

Wallet and blockchain information: public wallet and receiving addresses, transaction IDs, transaction inputs and outputs, amounts, fees, balances, inscriptions, Rune and LTC-20 data, and other public blockchain or index information needed to answer a request.
Orders and uploads: order identifiers, payment and delivery addresses, payment status, timestamps, network and service fee details, refund addresses when provided, referral information, and the files, text, filenames, and metadata you submit for inscription. Rune orders also include the requested rune, mint count, etching parameters, and transaction or delivery records.
Marketplace requests: listing and purchase details, prices, public addresses, signatures, and partially signed Bitcoin transactions (PSBTs) or other transaction data you submit for verification, listing, or broadcast. A signed transaction may authorize a transfer even though it does not contain your private key.
Support information: your email address and the messages, order details, attachments, and other information you choose to send us. Please do not send secrets or unnecessary personal data.
Technical and usage information: IP addresses (including IP information recorded with orders), browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, errors, and usage or security logs. Our hosting, security, content-delivery, and analytics providers may also receive technical request information.

Wallet Keys and Connected Addresses

The website and our support staff do not need your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet PIN. Do not enter them into an inscription, marketplace, support, or community form. Official wallet software may create or import keys locally on your device; that is different from sending them to our website or support team. Connecting a wallet shares the public address and any information or signatures you approve, not permission to send us your seed phrase.

The website can remember your connected public address in browser storage. A connected address is not a private key and does not itself authorize spending. Wallet software, website order records, and the service's own wallets are separate: payments made to a service invoice are received by the service for fulfillment, not held in your local non-custodial wallet.

Public Blockchain Data and Uploaded Content

Transactions, public addresses, inscriptions, Rune etchings and mints, and related metadata may be published to the Litecoin network and made available through our indexes, APIs, explorers, and other independent services. Public addresses may be linked to people through other information. Do not assume that a blockchain address is anonymous.

Files and text submitted for inscription are intended for publication. Do not upload private, confidential, or sensitive personal information that you do not want made public. An uploaded file may also contain identifying metadata. Published blockchain records and independently copied content cannot be edited, recalled, or deleted by Litescribe. MWEB changes the visibility of some transaction information, but does not remove information you separately provide through website requests, support messages, or service orders.

Order pages reached through an order link can disclose payment, recipient, upload, and fulfillment information. Keep your order link private and share only the details needed for support.

How We Use Information

Provide address and asset lookups, quotes, invoices, inscriptions, Rune minting and etching, marketplace verification, and delivery.
Check payments and confirmations, reconcile submitted transactions, recover interrupted work, and investigate failed orders or refund requests.
Respond to support requests and communicate service or security information.
Operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the Services, prevent abuse and fraud, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Where EU or UK data protection law applies, the legal basis depends on the purpose: performing a contract or taking requested steps before a contract for order fulfillment and related support; legitimate interests for service security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and appropriate service improvement; compliance with legal obligations where applicable; and consent for processing that requires consent, including optional tracking or marketing where required by law. Where we rely on legitimate interests, those interests must be balanced against your rights.

We share information as needed with hosting, security, content-delivery, analytics, and support providers; blockchain nodes and index services; and providers you choose to use through a feature or external link. Requests to providers may disclose your public address, transaction data, IP address, and other information needed for the request. Google Analytics is described below. Our site also loads third-party libraries through content-delivery networks such as jsDelivr.

Information published on-chain or in a marketplace listing may be available to anyone. Following our Discord or other community links takes you to an independent service whose policies apply to information you provide there. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or security, to professional advisers, in connection with a business transfer, or when you direct us to do so.

Security and Retention

We use measures intended to protect information, but no system or transmission can be guaranteed secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, wallet credentials, backups, and order links. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of independent third-party services.

We retain uploads, order and transaction records, support correspondence, and technical records for as long as needed for fulfillment, recovery, reconciliation, security, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Retention criteria include the type of record, whether work or a dispute remains open, legal requirements, and security needs. Backup copies may persist until their retention cycle ends. This Policy does not promise automatic deletion when an invoice expires or an order completes. Blockchain records and independent copies are outside our deletion control.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

Contact [email protected] to request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or information about our processing. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, and a complaint to your data protection regulator. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Right to object: where applicable, you may object to processing based on legitimate interests and to direct marketing. We may need information to verify a request, but will not ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We can review records we control, but cannot erase or reverse blockchain transactions or copies held independently by others.

Cookies and Analytics

The website uses PHP session cookies to associate requests with a browsing session, maintain order-related state, and support security checks. Session lifetime depends on browser and server settings.

The website also loads Google Analytics to measure site use. Google may receive technical and usage information and set analytics cookies, such as cookies with names beginning _ga; their duration depends on the provider and configuration. See Google's Privacy Policy and Google's Analytics opt-out tool. Browser controls and blocking tools can also limit these requests.

You can manage cookies and site data through your browser settings. Blocking necessary storage may affect checkout and session features. This notice and continued use of the website are not a substitute for obtaining any consent required by applicable law.

Browser Local and Session Storage

The website stores a connected public address in session storage as litescribe.connectedAddress and in local storage as litescribe.connectedAddress.persisted. Disconnecting through the website removes these remembered-address entries. Persistent storage can otherwise remain between visits until cleared. You can also remove the site's data through your browser settings. This website storage is not the wallet extension's private-key vault.

International Processing

Our operator is registered in Oklahoma, United States. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries, whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. Applicable restrictions on international transfers continue to apply; visiting the website does not itself waive those protections. Contact us for information about relevant providers, processing locations, and transfer safeguards.

Children

The Services are not intended for children under 13. Users below the age of majority must have any parent or guardian permission required by our Terms and applicable law. If you believe a child has sent us personal information without required permission, contact support so we can investigate and take appropriate action for information we control.

Changes and Contact

We update the date above when this Policy changes. Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent, posting an updated Policy does not replace that requirement.
